Atlas is proud to be leading the search on behalf of our partners, a multi-doctor, large, and modern clinic based in Modesto, CA.
We are seeking their next veterinary medical director to make a lasting impact on the community of pet lovers. As the MD, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with leadership skills, mentoring their dedicated associate veterinarians and ensuring top-notch veterinary care for their clients! Alongside this, we expect they expect their new Medical Director to manage operations and maintain regulatory compliance, fostering an environment of collaboration and teamwork where exceptional veterinary medicine is delivered daily!

Their full-service clinic offers everything from wellness exams and vaccinations to advanced internal medicine and geriatric care. - Full support from the hospital management and tech team is in place.
- 2+ years clinical experience within general practice, or preventative care.
- Working with small animals (Canine & Feline)
- The ability to communicate well with clients and team members alike.
- Passionate about providing high levels of clinical care..
- To hold or have the ability to obtain an California state veterinary board License
- Flexible, non-emergency schedules on offer, just 3 or 4 days per week.
- No on-call duties or night shifts
- Highly competitive salary between $170,000-$180,000 per year base salary + production.
