Our partners in beautiful Napa Valley are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their long-established, community-focused small animal hospital.

You’ll step into a well-equipped practice that provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care, supported by technology such as ultrasound, endoscopy, digital radiography, and in-house diagnostics. The hospital maintains strong referral relationships with UC Davis and other Bay Area specialists, ensuring continuity and support for complex cases. Flexible scheduling allows for three to four consistent shifts per week with no on-call responsibilities, giving you the freedom to enjoy the lifestyle Napa is known for. • Two or more years of clinical experience preferred, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Competitive salary or production-based model, with earnings from $100,000 to $140,000 depending on experience
• Up to $40,000 in sign-on or relocation support
