Job Description
A well-established small animal practice in Needham, MA, that has been part of the community for nearly 30 years, is looking for a new Associate Veterinarian to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, family-oriented team known for long-term relationships with both clients and staff. With a loyal client base from a highly engaged local community, you’ll have the opportunity to provide exceptional medical and surgical care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The hospital features a full surgical suite, a dedicated dental area, in-house digital X-rays, IDEXX laboratory equipment, and an on-site lab station. The facility is currently being remodeled, ensuring the team has the space and resources to continue growing. You’ll work alongside experienced veterinarians and skilled technicians, many of whom have been part of the team for 15–20 years, supported by a positive culture and outstanding staff retention.
Trying to find the right work/life balance? Here, a typical week includes both consultation and surgery days, with no weekends, no on-call, and flexible scheduling. Whether you’re an experienced DVM or a more recent graduate, this hospital offers an ideal environment to learn, grow, and thrive.
