Are you a veterinarian who’s passionate about practicing high-quality medicine in a supportive, modern environment? We’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join a lovely hospital in New Philadelphia, OH to join a growing two-location small-animal practice, dedicated to exceptional patient care and a collaborative team culture.
Serving the communities of New Philadelphia, this hospital provides comprehensive veterinary services in spacious, recently updated facilities. With a strong emphasis on progressive medicine, client education, and team development, you’ll have the freedom to practice the way you want while enjoying mentorship and support from an experienced leadership team.
The practice is fully equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography,an in-house IDEXX laboratory, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, and multi-parameter patient monitoring. Their services include preventive care, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, chronic disease management, and urgent care for sick visits. The team is composed of three doctors, licensed technicians, dedicated veterinary assistants, and a supportive front-desk crew—all working together to ensure pets and their owners receive compassionate, gold-standard care.
With no on-call or after-hours emergencies, flexible scheduling, and a warm, community-focused environment, this is the ideal role for both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced veterinarians seeking a better work-life balance.
- Work in a state-of-the-art hospital with modern equipment: digital radiography, dental X-ray, in-house IDEXX lab, ultrasound, cold laser, surgical suite
- Offer a broad range of services: preventive care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, chronic care, sick/urgent visits
- Work alongside a collaborative and experienced team of veterinarians, licensed technicians, and support staff
- Focus on mentorship, professional development, and continuing education
- No on-call, after-hours, or emergency responsibilities
- Emphasis on client education and building lasting relationships with pet owners

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
- Hold an Ohio State License or have the ability to obtain one
