Job Description
I’m currently partnering with a well-established, full-service small-animal hospital in New York that’s seeking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its close-knit, highly supportive team.
This is a long-standing practice with deep community roots, a loyal client base, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate medicine.
The hospital operates out of a stand-alone facility and offers a broad range of services, including preventive care, advanced diagnostics, dentistry, and soft-tissue surgery. You’ll be supported by an experienced team of technicians and support staff who take pride in working collaboratively and maintaining a calm, positive environment. The caseload is varied and interesting, with appointment times that allow you to practice thorough, evidence-based medicine without feeling rushed.
This role is open to veterinarians at all stages of their careers. New graduates will benefit from structured mentorship, hands-on guidance, and a culture that encourages questions. More experienced clinicians will enjoy clinical autonomy, the opportunity to mentor others, and a leadership team that genuinely listens. The package is highly competitive and includes a sign-on bonus of up to $ 50,000, relocation support, generous CE, and comprehensive benefits — all with no negative accrual and no non-compete.
