Job Description
Atlas is working with a fantastic hospital in St. Clair County, IL, which is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join their team.
With two modern, full-service clinics located in O’Fallon and Fairview Heights, the team has built something truly special—a place where veterinarians can do their best work without burning out, and where pets (and their people) are genuinely cared for.
Whether you’re early in your career or have a few years under your belt, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive, collaborative environment where mentorship, flexibility, and professional development are a priority. With a strong team behind you and no late nights or on-call shifts, you’ll have the freedom to focus on practicing high-quality medicine and enjoying your life outside of work.
The clinics see a mix of small animals and exotics, and you’ll have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your interests. Love surgery? Great—they’ve got plenty. Prefer to focus on internal medicine or client education? That works too. The team is also big on giving back, regularly supporting local shelters and community causes.
If you’re looking for a role where you’ll feel valued and supported, let’s chat.
