The Company
Having originally opened in North Carolina, their continued success has enabled them to roll out their successful model in Georgia and Florida, with a brand new hospital opening in Orlando soon!
Working environment designed by DVMs for DVMs, with completely reimagined processes that improve on the outdated systems used by more traditional hospitals.
Virtual team who manage all of the things that usually weigh DVMs down such as customer follow-up questions, medication refill requests, referrals, communicating results and much more.
More support from Veterinary Nurses with a typical ratio of 2-3 per DVM, allowing you to get on with what you do best, providing the highest level of care to your patients
- Opportunity to be at the forefront of a changing veterinary industry
- Full or Part-Time roles available, can be flexible to accommodate your out-of-work commitments
- Good mix of medical work-ups, surgery and urgent care work tailored to suit your clinical interests and experience
- Full-time roles are 4-days a week with weekend work on a rota basis (with time off the following week in return)
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- To hold or have Florida state veterinary board license which MUST be in good standing
- A passionate general practice veterinarian with a minimum of 12 months experience OR internship trained
- A good worth ethic and keen to advance their career
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy building strong relationships with both their clients and colleagues
- Someone who takes pride in their work, and strives to provide the best outcome to their patients and their owners
- Industry leading compensation – base salaries ranging from $140k – $160k.
