Job Description
Are you looking for a well-supported, community-focused hospital where you can practice high-quality medicine without sacrificing work-life balance? I’m working with a respected small-animal hospital in Orlando, FL, seeking a Veterinarian to join their collaborative and passionate team.
This is a well-established, full-service general practice known locally for its friendly atmosphere and high standard of medical and surgical care. The hospital has built a loyal client base and prides itself on forming genuine partnerships with pet owners. You’ll be supported by an experienced team of technicians and support staff, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent medicine rather than being stretched thin. The culture is rooted in passion, trust, communication, teamwork, respect, and empowerment—values that are lived out daily in the way the team works together.
The position offers a true four-day work week, giving you consistent time to recharge, with Saturday hours limited to 8am–2pm and no Sunday work. Whether you’re an experienced DVM or an earlier-career veterinarian looking for mentorship and development, you’ll be supported both clinically and professionally. Support from a larger partnership network also provides operational, marketing, and financial support—so you can focus on patient care while still having future partnership opportunities available.
With a base salary of $115,000–$145,000 plus production, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits (including covered licensure fees, DEA, PLIT, and professional memberships), this is an opportunity to join a stable, forward-thinking hospital that truly values its doctors.
- Four-day work week promoting genuine work-life balance
- Competitive base salary ($115K–$145K) plus production
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
- Strong technician-to-doctor ratio for excellent clinical support
- Loyal client base and established reputation for high-quality care
- Backed by a large veterinary partnership group with 235+ co-owners nationwide
- Full medical, surgical, and dental case exposure in a collaborative GP setting
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Florida
- Passionate about providing high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a supportive team environment
- Committed to building long-term client relationships and delivering compassionate care
- Competitive salary with production and sign-on bonus
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Generous PTO plus additional paid CE days
- Annual CE allowance + covered licensing fees, DEA, AVMA PLIT, and professional memberships
