- Consistent weekday schedule: Monday–Friday only, no weekends or on-call
- 2:1 support staff ratio
- Collaborative team environment with low turnover and strong mentorship
- Fully equipped hospital: digital radiography, ultrasound, laser therapy, surgical suite, IDEXX in-house lab
- Focus on small animal general practice, with the ability to see small mammals/exotics if desired
- Longstanding client base that values quality care and communication
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
- Hold an Illinois State License or have the ability to obtain one
- A genuine love for animals and a desire to build lasting client relationships
- Comfortable performing—or eager to learn—routine surgeries and dental procedures
- Proactive, team-oriented veterinarian who enjoys collaborating and mentoring
