Atlas Consultancy Group is excited to partner with a well-established, forward-thinking veterinary clinic in Paradise Valley, AZ, as they seek a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join their well-tenured, 5-doctor team.
This full-service general practice has been serving the community since 2014 and is equipped with a wide array of modern diagnostic tools, including an in-house IDEXX lab, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, and tonometry. The clinic collaborates with board-certified specialists for advanced diagnostics, including abdominal ultrasounds, echocardiograms, and mobile CT services. Each exam room is equipped with in-room computers to enhance client communication and support a smooth, paperless workflow through ImproMed software.
Veterinarians here enjoy performing routine soft tissue surgeries and dentistry in a bright and welcoming surgical suite, complete with advanced monitoring equipment and natural light. Pre-operative care includes lab work, IV catheters, and fluids for every anesthetic procedure, with a Class IV cold laser available for post-operative therapy.
This hospital is dedicated to creating a positive work/life balance for its staff, with the opportunity to work a consistent 3.5 to 4-day workweek with alternating Saturday mornings and no on-call responsibilities, and access to several nearby referral and emergency facilities for after-hours care.
In addition, the practice boasts a strong support team with a 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, enabling doctors to focus on delivering high-quality care in an efficient, collaborative environment. The team is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and committed to creating a positive experience for both patients and staff.

- Must hold a DVM degree from an AVMA accredited University
- Must be eligible to hold a DEA license
- Hold an Arizona State License in good-standing
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a multi-doctor environment
- Ideally you will be comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
