Job Description
We’re working with a highly respected, AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Parker, Colorado, that is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its friendly, well-established team.
This is a modern, progressive hospital that balances quality medicine with a supportive and collaborative culture.
The practice has invested in advanced technology, including laparoscopic surgery equipment, digital radiology (including dental), ultrasound, and a class IV laser. They operate paperlessly with Impromed Infinity and use ScribbleVet for efficient note-taking, giving doctors more time for patient care and personal life.
You’ll be joining a 5-doctor team with a strong 3:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio, meaning you’ll be well-supported by experienced technicians. The team culture is close-knit and fun, with mentorship available for newer graduates as well as a high level of autonomy for more experienced veterinarians.
Schedules are flexible, with the option of part-time or full-time (typically four 10-hour shifts with occasional Saturdays). There are no on-call or after-hours responsibilities; your evenings and weekends remain yours. The hospital offers a highly competitive package with a strong base salary, a production bonus, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and an impressive range of benefits.
