- Privately owned
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Maryland
- Interested in treating all small companion animals: cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and small mammals
- Willing to learn, stretch, and grow your clinical skills
- Strong collaborator with a genuine respect for all hospital roles and a passion for team-based care
- Passionate about improving the quality of life for all patients and loves educating clients
- Base salary $100,000 – $150,000 + 20% production (no negative accrual!)
