This hospital has been proudly serving local pet families for over 40 years, and now has an exciting opportunity for a new Associate Veterinarian to join their close-knit, supportive team.

- Long-established small animal practice with over 40 years of service in the community
- Collaborative, friendly team with exceptional staff longevity
- Strong 3:1 support staff to DVM ratio
- 4-day week with alternating Saturdays; 9–10 hour shifts with a real lunch break
- Modern facility featuring in-house diagnostics, ultrasound, digital x-ray & dental x-ray
- Surgical suite with orthopedic support from a visiting specialist
- Competitive base salary $115,000–$140,000+ production
- Relocation/sign-on bonus and full benefits package
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Massachusetts
- A compassionate veterinarian who values teamwork and client communication
- Interested in practicing high-quality medicine with autonomy and support
- Enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and their pets
- $115,000–$140,000 base + production (no negative accrual)
