- Founded by DVMs, all business and clinical decisions are made with the best interests of Veterinarians in mind
- You’ll be able to utilize the latest technology to support your day-to-day duties., moving away from archaic ways of working
- You’ll have a good level of support available with a ratio of 2-3 Vet Techs per DVM
- The practice harnesses a Fear Free approach to pet interaction and handling ensuring all DVMs are certified
- Recognizing the importance of a work-life balance, you’ll enjoy a four-day week with fair weekend schedules, potentially reducing overtime as the team expands
- DVMs gain the support of a virtual team managing tasks such as medication refills, customer inquiries, and communicating results, allowing you to focus your caseload
- Experience a varied day including medical workups, surgeries, and urgent care tailored to align with your clinical interests and experience
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- To hold a Texas State Veterinary Board license which MUST be in good standing
- Preferably, candidates will hold a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a DVM however candidates with less experience may also be considered!
- Fantastic communication skills and take pleasure in building strong relationships with clients and their pets
- Your approach to pet care will prioritize Fear Free or low-stress handling techniques
- You must have a genuine passion for veterinary care and a drive to develop within the industry
