Atlas Consultancy Group is proud to partner with this multi-doctor, fully-serviced clinic in Peoria, AZ, which strives to strengthen the bond between pets and their parents through exceptional veterinary care.
This state-of-the-art hospital, established in 1998, is home to a wide range of cutting-edge equipment with regular investment in new technology to continuously improve the level of care delivered to their loyal patients. If you have a special interest not currently offered at the clinic, there is room for conversations to invest in this and for you to take the lead in new services being offered.
In addition to standard GP services, this clinic offers many advanced surgical procedures as well as stem-cell therapy and care for exotics, reptiles, pocket pets, and avian patients. No two days will ever be the same at this progressive clinic, and the level of exposure to the diverse range of cases will allow you to grow exponentially as a veterinarian.
When it comes to scheduling, you will be able to decide on a fixed schedule that works for you. The clinic appreciates the need for flexibility and that everyone’s individual circumstances are different. whether this is 4x 10-hour days, 3x 12-hour days or 5 shorter days. There is a weekend rota to include a short Saturday (8am-3pm) on a fair schedule amongst the other Veterinarians – roughly one Saturday per month, this is included in your normal schedule so you will never work more than your agreed days for the week. To make sure pets and their parents receive the best care possible, appointment times are scheduled for a minimum of 30 minutes, and you will roughly see around 15 patients a day.

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-Accredited College
- To hold an Arizona State Veterinary Board license which MUST be in good standing or the ability to qualify for an Arizona State License if relocating.
- You must have a genuine passion for veterinary care and a drive to grow and develop as a Veterinarian
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy building strong relationships with both their clients and colleagues
- Both new graduates and experienced DVMs are encouraged to apply
- Base Salary starting between $135,000-$170,000+ depending on experience level
- Production paid in addition on all services, including prescriptions
