Atlas is excited to be partnering with a well-established, two-doctor, full-service general practice hospital in Plano, TX, as they look to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to their friendly team due to a period of growth!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a practice led by an experienced, passionate Medical Director/co-owner, alongside a dedicated associate veterinarian with extensive experience, and a highly skilled team of technicians and assistants who value teamwork and quality medicine.

The caseload is varied and interesting, allowing you to practice medicine as it should be practiced, without unnecessary pressure or corporate red tape.
Due to their thoughtful scheduling and respect for your time, you can expect a consistent 4-day workweek, leaving by 6pm every day, with shorter days on Saturday rotated among the team. Various scheduling options can be discussed to suit your preferences.
This role is well-suited to veterinarians at any stage of their career. Newer graduates will benefit from hands-on mentorship and support, while experienced DVMs will enjoy autonomy, trust, and the opportunity to continue developing professionally within a progressive, veterinarian-led organization.

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Texas
- Eligible to obtain a DEA license
- Open to all experience levels, with mentorship available if desired
- Preference for doctors comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
- Passionate about patient care, client communication, and teamwork
