Each DVM benefits from the assistance of 3 to 5 support staff members, ensuring they have the resources needed to provide high-quality veterinary care. The practice handles a balanced, yet diverse case mix—50% wellness visits and 50% cases involving common concerns such as allergic reactions, digestive issues, respiratory problems, skin conditions, and urinary issues. Veterinarians are also assigned a dedicated surgery day to perform soft tissue procedures, spays, neuters, and dental treatments.
