I’m working alongside a well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Rainbow City that is seeking a compassionate, motivated Veterinarian to join its growing team.
This is a modern, community-focused practice where high clinical standards, collaboration, and team wellbeing genuinely matter.
The hospital is purpose-built and well-equipped to support high-quality medicine, with experienced veterinarians, skilled technicians, and a strong leadership structure in place. You’ll be joining a team that values communication, efficiency, and patient care — with daily collaboration between doctors, technicians, and management to ensure cases are handled to the highest standard from intake through discharge.
This role is suited to a veterinarian who enjoys variety, teamwork, and a voice within the practice. You’ll be supported clinically and professionally, with access to CE, national resources, and development pathways — while still maintaining a close-knit, local hospital culture. The caseload is diverse, allowing you to practice comprehensive GP medicine, including surgery, diagnostics, and client education, all within a supportive environment that prioritizes quality over quantity.

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Alabama
- Confident in general practice medicine and surgery
- Enjoys working as part of a team and values open communication
