Job Description
We’re proud to partner with a beautifully run, modern small-animal veterinary hospital that is part of a progressive, veterinary-led group known for putting people first.
This is a full-service general practice with a strong emphasis on client-centered care, low-stress handling, and building meaningful, long-term relationships with pet owners.
The hospital is a contemporary, well-equipped facility designed to support high-quality care and efficient workflows. You’ll have access to advanced diagnostics, modern surgical and dental capabilities, and technology that genuinely enhances patient care rather than complicating it. The team is collaborative, friendly, and highly supportive, with a strong mix of experienced veterinarians and skilled support staff who value teamwork and shared decision-making.
This role would suit a veterinarian who enjoys practicing thoughtful, proactive medicine in a calm, supportive environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive structured mentorship and guidance, while more experienced veterinarians will enjoy clinical autonomy, career flexibility, and the opportunity to tailor their schedule and interests. There is no non-compete, and leadership is genuinely invested in your long-term development, well-being, and professional satisfaction.

- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Maryland
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centered care
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a team-focused environment
- Fear Free or similar certification is a plus (or willingness to pursue it)
- Competitive base salary with production
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Incredible signing bonus (up to $100k!)
- Generous CE allowance and paid professional dues
- Paid time off and holidays
- Relocation assistance available
