Job Description
A well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Rock Hill, SC, is looking to welcome a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to their growing team.
This is a modern, beautifully equipped facility designed to support high-quality medicine while maintaining a genuinely life-friendly schedule. With flexible scheduling options (including no on-call responsibilities), this opportunity offers the perfect blend of clinical excellence and work-life balance.
The hospital is purpose-built to deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for cats and dogs. You’ll have access to advanced diagnostic and treatment tools, including digital dental radiography, ultrasound with echocardiography capability, endoscopy, and both surgical and therapy lasers. Appointments are thoughtfully scheduled, with the last at 5:30 pm to avoid late nights. The structured weekly schedule (Monday–Wednesday 8 am–6 pm, Thursday–Friday 7 am–6 pm, Saturday 8 am–12 pm, closed Sundays) is designed to promote balance and predictability.
One of the standout features here is the collaborative culture and exceptional support team. With a 3:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, you’ll be backed by experienced technicians and assistants who enable you to focus on practicing great medicine. The hospital fosters a strong mentorship model with built-in collaboration time, making this an excellent environment for both experienced veterinarians and newer graduates looking to expand their surgical and diagnostic skills.
