Associate Veterinarian

An impressive, family-owned hospital in Rogersville, MO is looking to welcome a new Associate Veterinarian to their growing team! The practice has proudly served the local community for over 20 years and offers a warm, supportive environment where strong client relationships and compassionate care are the priority.

The progressive, private hospital has been fully remodelled and features three spacious exam rooms and an advanced surgery suite. Equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment tools—including digital dental radiography, ultrasound, full-body X-ray, and two therapeutic lasers—the clinic offers an excellent platform for a veterinarian who wants to practice quality medicine in a well-resourced setting. Surgeries are performed each morning with appointments scheduled in the afternoon, and Saturdays are reserved for morning appointments only. The clinic also blocks out 12pm-2pm every day to catch up on SOAP notes and call backs so you don’t have to stay back at the end of the day.

The team currently includes two doctors and an excellent support staff – operating on a 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, and the practice is looking for either a part-time or full-time veterinarian, ideally with an interest in soft tissue surgery. New graduates are encouraged to apply, as mentorship is a key part of the clinic’s culture. The working environment is highly collaborative, and the owner is enthusiastic about supporting the development of emerging veterinarians.

There is no emergency or on-call duty, offering a fantastic work-life balance. Scheduling is flexible, typically with 10-hour days, and the hospital is happy to consider part-time arrangements for those seeking just one to two days per week. As a reward for your efforts, you will receive a competitive base salary, plus 22% production, typically totaling between $130,000 and $160,000 annually.
