Job Description
This is a full-service general practice with a strong reputation for high-quality medicine, excellent client relationships, and a genuinely supportive working environment.
The hospital operates from a modern, well-equipped, standalone facility and is set up to practice medicine properly. You’ll have access to an in-house lab suite, digital radiography, ultrasound, digital dental radiology, therapeutic laser, and visiting specialists, including a mobile orthopedic surgeon, allowing you to work up cases thoroughly and keep medicine in-house. The caseload is varied and consistent, creating excellent clinical exposure and strong earning potential.
You’ll be joining an experienced, collaborative team of 3 veterinarians, technicians, and support staff who value teamwork, communication, and efficiency. This role would suit a confident GP who enjoys surgery, values high standards of care, and wants to work in a setting that prioritizes both medicine and wellbeing. Enjoy a management schedule with 4 days per week on offer for the new DVM joining the team.
Compensation is competitive, with a $160,000–$180,000 base salary and a no-negative-accrual production model, ensuring you’re rewarded without unnecessary pressure.
