Job Description
If you’re looking for a role where you can practice high-quality medicine with genuine autonomy, while still being supported by a skilled, efficient team, this opportunity is well worth exploring.
I’m working with a well-established small-animal hospital in San Dimas that has built a strong reputation for delivering consistent, community-focused care and has a loyal client base.
This is a fast-paced, well-equipped general practice where experienced veterinarians are trusted to manage their own cases while collaborating closely with a capable support team. The hospital offers a modern clinical environment with access to strong diagnostic resources, allowing you to work cases up thoroughly and practice at a high standard. The team itself is experienced, communicative, and values efficiency, making day-to-day workflow smooth and rewarding.
This position would suit a confident DVM who enjoys both medical and surgical case management, thrives in a busy setting, and takes pride in building lasting client relationships.
You’ll have the freedom to approach cases your way, while still having access to collaboration when needed. With a competitive base salary ranging from $145,000–$185,000 plus production and a sign-on bonus, this is a strong offering for a veterinarian looking to take the next step in their career.
