- State-of-the-art facility with 8 exam rooms, dedicated dental and surgical suites
- In-house lab capabilities with full diagnostic support (CBC, chemistries, electrolytes)
- Digital radiography, digital dental x-rays, and in-house ultrasound
- Radiology consults with Board-Certified Radiologists
- Full boarding facility and grooming services onsite
- Hands-free radiology and fully integrated EMR system
- Patient mix of dogs and cats, with a wide variety of medical and surgical cases
- Fear-Free Certified Practice with strong community rescue partnerships
- Flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or rotating 3×12 shifts
- Open six days per week, with no Sunday hours (Sunday expansion in discussion)
- You’re a DVM with a license (or ability to become licensed) in California
- You value collaboration and enjoy mentoring or being mentored
- You thrive in a supportive team environment and embrace continuous learning
- You are dedicated to practicing high-quality medicine with empathy and integrity
- You communicate clearly and build strong, trusting client relationships
- Competitive base salary with total compensation ranging from $140,000–$180,000
- Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus available
