Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a DVM seeking strong clinical variety, excellent support, and the chance to build a fulfilling life in one of Ontario’s most scenic and affordable regions.
This hospital is a fully equipped general practice offering digital radiography, digital dental radiography, IDEXX in-house laboratory diagnostics, ultrasound, and Avimark records. The team includes an experienced veterinarian, three RVTs, two veterinary assistants, two receptionists, and a long-tenured practice manager who helps ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. With an additional locum DVM supporting for 2 days per week, the practice is well-staffed and prides itself on delivering gold-standard medicine, with a strong emphasis on preventive care and client education.
The hospital environment is warm, inclusive, and team-oriented, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys a balance of appointments and surgery. For veterinarians interested in leadership or long-term investment, the clinic is open to discussing partnerships with the right individual. Whether you are an experienced clinician or someone looking to grow in a supportive environment, this is a place where your contribution will be valued and your career can genuinely flourish. With a flexible work-life balance on offer, including 3, 4, or 5 days per week available with no weekends, what’s not to love?
