Job Description
We’re partnering with a progressive, community-focused veterinary hospital in Seattle that is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team.
This modern small animal practice has built an excellent reputation by delivering compassionate, personalized care while creating an outstanding experience for both pets and their owners. The hospital combines advanced medical capabilities with a neighborhood feel, allowing veterinarians to develop long-term relationships with loyal clients while enjoying the resources and support of a larger veterinary network.
The team prides itself on fostering a collaborative culture where veterinarians are empowered to practice medicine their way while receiving the support needed to continue developing professionally. We have a great role available for a DVM to join this 2 DVM team, working on a great work-life balance of either 3 or 4 days per week, with limited weekends required.
The hospital offers a broad range of services including preventative care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and wellness medicine. Doctors are encouraged to pursue individual clinical interests and specialties, helping shape both their own careers and the services offered by the practice.
Combined with flexible scheduling, no on-call commitments, and a highly supportive team culture, this is an opportunity to enjoy veterinary medicine while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
