Join a collaborative, high-volume hospital where you can work alongside an experienced team, see an interesting and varied caseload, and have the support to practice high-quality medicine without feeling like you’re working alone.
This is a well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Seattle, Washington, hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced veterinary team.
The hospital has built a strong reputation within the local community for providing thoughtful, relationship-led care. With an eleven-doctor team, you will be surrounded by experienced colleagues who enjoy collaborating on cases, sharing knowledge, and supporting one another. The practice provides preventive care, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, urgent care, hospitalization, and end-of-life care, allowing veterinarians to build a varied caseload while developing long-term relationships with clients and patients. Medicine is a genuine priority here.
The hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic equipment and provides access to internal specialist consultations when more complex cases arise. Whether you are managing routine appointments or more challenging medical cases, there is always someone available to discuss treatment plans or provide a second opinion. The focus is on delivering thorough, high-quality care while giving veterinarians the clinical autonomy to make their own decisions.
