Atlas has recently partnered with a leading clinic based in vibrant Seattle, which is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. With an incredibly loyal client base, amazing location, and state-of-the-art facility – what’s not to love?
The clinic is a 3-doctor clinic and has solidified a stellar reputation in the community for compassionate care. Our tenured veterinarians come from diverse educational backgrounds, creating a collaborative, learning-friendly environment. Teamwork is at the heart of what we do, with daily morning huddles setting the tone for the day, monthly catered meetings, and a clear open line for clinic suggestions! They’re an AAHA and Fear Free certified hospital, recently remodeled with state-of-the-art equipment installed throughout, including ultrasound, digital radiology, a separate dental suite, and in-house labs to support your best work.
Situated in the heart of North Seattle, the clinic is just minutes from scenic Green Lake and popular neighborhoods like Fremont, Ballard, and Maple Leaf. Grab a bite at one of the many local eateries or take a stroll after work – it’s all available within a stone’s throw!
To compliment this amazing clinic, they’re willing to take a new Veterinarian on board with a salary range between $140,000-$160,000 (Negotiable) and very flexible scheduling options. They’re able to accommodate someone to join their squad on either 3 or 4 days per week with no weekends required. - Working alongside 3 other doctors, with plans to continue growing their team size.

- Ideally, 2+ years clinical experience within general practice, but open to less for the right doctor.
- Experience working with small animals (Canine & Feline)
- The ability to communicate well with clients and team members alike.
- Open to considering newly graduated DVM applications.
- Passionate about providing high levels of clinical care.
- To hold or have the ability to obtain a Washington State Veterinary Board License
- Flexible, non-emergency schedules on offer, just 3 or 4 days per week.
- No on-call duties or night shifts
- No weekends required within this hospital – enjoy a true work-life balance.
- Generous sign-on bonus and salary packages between $140,000-$160,000
