Job Description
This independently minded, well-resourced clinic blends the variety of urgent care with the continuity of general practice, without overnights or on-call. You’ll join a collaborative team that values clear communication, good humor, and high standards of care.
The facility is purpose-built for efficient, modern medicine: digital full-body and dental radiography, ultrasound, IDEXX in-house lab, laser cautery for soft-tissue surgery, and cold laser therapy. Mornings are dedicated to soft-tissue procedures in a separate surgical suite, and Registered Veterinary Technicians handle dentistry (scale, polish, extractions) under your supervision—so you can practice at the top of your license. Caseload includes dogs, cats, and a mix of avian/exotics for those interested.
Schedules are thoughtfully designed to protect work–life balance: daytime, some evening, and daytime-only weekend rotations; absolutely no overnights or on-call. The team can accommodate 3–4 shifts per week and will consider Full-Time or Part-Time. Mentorship and skills-development are available for earlier-career doctors, and there’s a genuine path for those who’d like to grow into leadership.
Compensation is competitive, with the option of a salaried or production-based structure. A substantial sign-on/relocation package is available, alongside strong medical benefits, CE support, license/dues coverage, and more.
