Atlas is proud to partner with a well-respected small animal conveniently located just 15 minutes from Memphis, in the welcoming community of Southaven, MS.
This clinic is currently expanding and seeking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its talented, collaborative team!

The practice offers a wide range of services, including general wellness and preventive care, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and laser therapy, supported by in-house diagnostics and imaging capabilities, including ultrasound and digital radiography.
This clinic handles a robust surgical caseload—from routine procedures to dental and some urgent care cases—making it an ideal environment for veterinarians who enjoy or want to develop their surgical skills further. Mentorship is readily available for those looking to build confidence in more complex procedures, and the clinic is fully committed to helping every doctor thrive.
You’ll be supported by an experienced, well-trained team with a strong 2-3:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine while being backed by capable, reliable support staff. The schedule is designed with balance in mind: a 4-day work week from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with just one Saturday morning shift per month.
The ideal candidate will bring compassion, curiosity, and strong communication skills to the role. A DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree is required. Surgical experience is a plus but not essential—mentorship will be provided for the right candidate eager to learn and grow.

- Must hold a Mississippi State License in good standing
- Have the ability to hold a DEA license
- Must have graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine from an AVMA-accredited university

- Be committed to providing high-quality veterinary medicine and building long-standing relationships with clients
- Fantastic pro/sal compensation with a base salary between $100,000-$140,000 + production
