Our partners are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join a thriving, AAHA-accredited practice in Spokane, WA.

From advanced diagnostics to fear-free practices, you’ll have the tools and mentorship to grow your clinical skills and explore your professional passions — whether you’re an experienced vet or a recent graduate.
This small-animal practice primarily cares for dogs and cats, with the flexibility to expand services to exotic pets if that’s an area of interest for you. The team is driven by a shared mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while fostering long-term relationships with clients and each other.
- AAHA-accredited and Fear-Free Certified practice
- Equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, endoscopy, ultrasound, and advanced surgical suite
- Working alongside 3 other veterinarians, and a great support team in place.
- Hands-free radiology safety protocols in place
- Long-standing community partnerships with local rescues and shelters
- Supportive mentorship program for new graduates
- Full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm – flexible schedule
- Open to veterinarians with a special interest in exotics

- You’re a DVM (or equivalent) licensed, or eligible for licensure, in Washington State

- Competitive salary range: $120,000–$180,000, based on experience
