A highly regarded, small animal hospital in Steiner Ranch, TX, just outside Austin, is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian who values genuine clinical freedom in a supportive, low-ego team environment.
This is a 4.9-star Google-rated hospital, known locally for its exceptional standards of care, loyal client base, and strong internal culture.
The practice is a well-established, multi-doctor hospital with three veterinarians on staff, including a hands-on Medical Director/co-owner and two experienced DVMs. The leadership team is approachable, clinically strong, and actively encourages collaboration and case discussion without micromanagement.
