We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join an established, community-focused small animal hospital in Superior, WI.
This hospital has been built around progressive, compassionate, and client-focused medicine, with a strong reputation in the local community. The caseload includes wellness, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, same-day sick visits, urgent care, and weekday emergencies, giving you plenty of clinical variety without having to sacrifice your work-life balance.
You’ll be joining an experienced team of 8 veterinarians and 45 support staff, with a collaborative culture and a strong emphasis on supporting both patients and the people caring for them. With experienced technicians, modern equipment, and access to local and on-site specialists, you’ll have the resources to practice confidently and continue developing your skillset!
And the schedule? 3.5 days per week, no weekends, no on-call, and no overnight shifts. Add a Pro-Sal compensation model with earning potential of $175,000+, plus comprehensive health, dental, vision insurances, 401K , generous PTO, CE allowance with extra paid time to attend, and so much more.

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
- Eligible for or currently holding a Wisconsin veterinary license
- Confident providing high-quality general practice medicine, surgery, and dentistry, or keen to continue developing these skills
- Excited by seeing a varied caseload including wellness, sick, and urgent care appointments
- A collaborative doctor who values teamwork, client communication, and compassionate patient care
