Job Description
This is a modern, well-equipped clinic known locally for its high-quality small-animal medicine, with a reputation for exotic care among those who enjoy that side of practice.
However, if you prefer to focus exclusively on dogs and cats, the team is equally enthusiastic about supporting that.
A highly experienced Medical Director leads the hospital with a strong clinical background and a team culture centered around trust, collaboration, and autonomy. You’ll be supported by certified technicians, skilled assistants, and a leadership group that genuinely removes barriers so you can focus on practicing medicine. The caseload is balanced and manageable, designed to give you time to deepen your skills while still enjoying variety throughout your day.
The facility itself is impressively outfitted, including therapeutic laser units, ultrasound with on-site training support, digital dental radiography with handheld units, digital radiography, advanced dental equipment, surgical equipment, and a complete setup for both routine and advanced soft-tissue procedures. Exotic equipment is available for those who enjoy that caseload, but it’s not a requirement. We are looking for a DVM to join full-time, with 4 days per week and a rotation of the Saturday-only schedule.
- Modern GP hospital with strong technician support and advanced diagnostics
- Opportunity to see exotics or focus entirely on small animals
- Highly collaborative culture with no quotas or restrictive protocols
- Strong mentorship culture and access to experienced DVMs
- Well-equipped surgery and dentistry suite with high-end tools
- Ultrasound available with in-house development program
- Flexible schedule on offer for the right DVM joining!
- Leadership handles HR/finance/IT so you can focus on medicine
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Colorado
- Confident with general surgery and dentistry (or eager to continue advancing your skills)
- Enjoy working collaboratively with medical and support teams
- Committed to delivering client-centered, high-quality care
- Competitive compensation package with production
- Supportive leadership with true clinical autonomy
- All professional licenses/dues covered
- Continuing education support
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision options
- PTO and schedule designed to protect your work–life balance
