Our partner’s hospital, located in beautiful Thousand Oaks, CA, is seeking a dedicated full-time veterinarian to join their team! If you’re a hard-working, team-orientated professional who loves pets and people, we would like to hear from you!
Holding ample opportunities within, including leadership, this role is perfect for someone keen to grow their skills and develop within their supportive hospital environment with full support available. The clinic is immaculate, boasting a large space with modern equipment installed throughout. They offer their clients services including wellness examinations, vaccinations, diagnostic testing, surgery and much more! If you’re looking for an all-round, amazing GP clinic, this could be perfect for you.
To compliment the fantastic working space, you can enjoy working with a team of 3 other Veterinarians who hold a great level of experience across the board in well-established GP settings! You can work with them daily, collaborating on those tricky cases that perhaps need further opinion. You can also choose to have additional CE growing your skills in a specific clinical area of interest, whether you’re a surgical DVM looking for more complex cases or an Internal Medical bias doctor – then we have both options for you!
From a work-life balance perspective, I don’t think you’ll beat this – no weekends, no after-hours or emergency work is required! - 2+ years clinical experience within general practice, or preventative care.
- Working with small animals (Canine & Feline)
- The ability to communicate well with clients and team members alike.
- Passionate about providing high levels of clinical care..
- To hold or have the ability to obtain a California State Veterinary Board License
- Competitive salary – Can expect the role to offer between $150,000-$190,000 DOE
- Flexible, non-emergency schedules on offer, just 2, 3 or 4 days per week.
