Associate Veterinarian

We are working on behalf of a well-established, multi-location small-animal group in the South Bay area of Southern California that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its newest hospital in Torrance. Founded in 2005, this private practice group has grown to four locations and built a strong reputation for combining excellent client service with exceptional medical care.

Associates here see a genuine mix of wellness, sick pet, and urgent care appointments, plus a healthy caseload of surgery. What sets this opportunity apart is the depth of in-house support: the hospital works closely with board-certified internists, dermatologists, cardiologists, orthopedic surgeons, and criticalists, so complex cases can stay in-house rather than being referred out.
The facility itself is built for high-quality medicine, with 8 exam rooms, two surgery suites, separate dog and cat wards, digital full-body and dental radiography, an in-house lab, a full dental suite, endoscopy, cold laser, ultrasound, and an oxygen ICU cage.

Ideally we’re looking for a DVM happy to work 4 days per week with every other weekend (just 1 weekend day commitment), which is shared between the DVMs. There are elements of flexibility to the schedule should you desire further alterations to your schedule.

You’ll also have real support on the floor. Every Associate works alongside a dedicated Doctor’s Assistant, plus RVTs, Vet Assistants, and a Pharmacy Technician, all focused on helping you deliver great outcomes without burning out.
