The schedule is designed to promote work-life balance, operating Monday through Friday only, with no weekends, after-hours emergencies, or on-call commitments. Doctors are encouraged to deliver thorough case workups, high-quality preventive care, and excellent client communication, with time and resources to do so.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary (starting at $150,000+), production with no negative accrual, and an extensive benefits package designed around wellness, growth, and flexibility.

DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in California
Passionate about providing excellent preventive care and client communication
Confident in performing routine surgery and dentistry (or eager to develop these skills)
A positive team player who values collaboration and professional growth
