Job Description
We are working on behalf of a privately owned, integrative small animal practice serving the fast-growing Charlotte, NC suburbs from two well-established locations.
Founded by a husband-and-wife team, with the practice owner leading clinical care and her husband serving as Hospital Administrator, this is a genuinely family-run hospital rather than a corporate group, and doctors here get a real say in how they practice medicine.
The team’s approach centers on treating the whole pet, not just the disease, blending traditional Western veterinary care such as preventive medicine, surgery, internal medicine, dentistry, radiology and ultrasound, with complementary services including acupuncture, chiropractic care, canine rehabilitation, and herbal and food therapy. This integrative model has helped build a loyal client base and a strong reputation in one of the hottest growth corridors in the Charlotte area.
The hospital is looking for an energetic, engaging Associate Veterinarian to join the team and help expand services, with the flexibility to rotate between its two locations for variety. New graduates are genuinely welcome, and there is real encouragement and support for doctors who want to pursue certification in integrative specialties such as acupuncture, chiropractic, rehabilitation, pain management, or herbal and food therapy, plus room to grow into areas like ultrasound and exotics. Both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
