Job Description
We’re working with a large, established referral and emergency hospital in West Islip, NY, that is looking for an Overnight Emergency Veterinarian to join their team.
This state-of-the-art facility offers 24/7 emergency and critical care with some of the most advanced diagnostic and treatment tools available, ensuring you’ll have everything you need to practice high-quality medicine.
The hospital is equipped with wireless telemetry, capnography, multiple in-house laboratories, digital radiography, CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, LINAC, ultrasound, endoscopy, interventional radiology, bronchoscopy, arthroscopy, and minimally invasive surgery. You’ll also work alongside a highly collaborative team of board-certified specialists in Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology (medical & radiation), Critical Care, Cardiology, Dermatology, Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Neurology, avian and exotics, and Physical Rehabilitation.

- Overnight ER position with flexible scheduling – up to 3 shifts per week (32 hours)
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $200k with earning potential up to $280k
