Atlas is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join a dynamic multi-doctor team at an AAHA Accredited and VMG member, privately-owned full-service Hospital in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. Privately-owned AAHA Accredited Hospital located in the suburbs of Chicago
Expand your veterinary expertise in wellness and surgical procedures
Have access to fantastic equipment including full body digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, IDEX in-house lab, ultrasound, full dental suite including a high-speed drill, AI Scribe technology, gas sterilizer in-house, comprehensive pain management tools, laser therapy
Healthy work-life balance; a 4-day week with NO weekends, or on-call requirements
Appointment times up to 45 minutes, depending on case complexity
Generous CE allowance, which is actively encouraged

You’ll work alongside a fun, smart and collaborative team that is passionate about medicine and building a safe, welcoming environment for staff, pets, and their owners

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree or equivalent
To hold an Illinois State Veterinary Board License or have the ability to obtain one
Keen interest in surgery and learning more complex cases
Have a positive outlook and be motivated for self-improvement
Ability to think independently and be proactive as well as share knowledge with other team members
Confident at liaising with both clients and colleagues
Seasoned veterinarians as well as new graduate applications are warmly welcomed

4-day work week
