You’ll join a collaborative team with an advanced support network and the latest veterinary technology at your fingertips. Each location comprises established veterinary teams of 4-6 doctors all working collaboratively together.

Flexible 6- or 12-hour shifts (days/evenings, weekends included—but no overnight or on-call) let you craft a schedule around your life for optimal flexibility. The practice’s commitment to professional growth shines through their in-house training, case-based learning, and access to premier CE.

There is an excellent compensation model on offer, including a $150,000–$190,000 base + production with no negative accrual, sign-on and relocation bonuses, generous PTO, full health benefits, CE allowance, and partnership potential without upfront financial investment.
