Job Description
NEW OPPORTUNITY: AAHA-accredited small animal hospital with exceptional support, modern medicine, and real mentorship in beautiful Yelm, WA.
Our partners are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Yelm, WA. This role offers the chance to practice high-quality medicine with excellent support, modern facilities, and a team culture that genuinely prioritizes collaboration and wellbeing.
This hospital is ideal for a DVM who enjoys general practice and values having multiple doctors on-site for mentorship and case discussions. Located in a more rural community, the practice also welcomes interest in backyard farm animals and occasional cattle workups, without requiring full mixed-animal responsibilities.
With strong leadership from both the Principal Doctor and the Practice Manager, daily operations are well-supported and efficient. Licensed technicians are used to the full extent of their skills, allowing veterinarians to focus on medicine, surgery, and client relationships rather than task overload.
Yelm offers beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery with easy access to outdoor recreation, while nearby Olympia and Lacey provide vibrant dining, arts, and cultural experiences.
