Job Description
This is a rare opportunity to take the reins at a progressive, multi-service facility that provides general practice, urgent care, and 24-hour emergency care under one roof.
Housed in a spacious 15,000 sq. ft. hospital, this practice is equipped with everything needed to deliver top-tier medicine, including an in-house laboratory, pharmacy, helical CT scan, two radiology suites, ultrasound, operating microscope, endoscopy, a comprehensive dental suite, and two fully equipped surgical theaters. You’ll be supported by a highly skilled clinical and administrative team who are passionate about collaboration and professional growth.
As Medical Director, you’ll shape clinical standards, mentor associate veterinarians, and foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and innovation. - Senior leadership position within a 24/7 hospital combining GP, Urgent Care, and Emergency
- Well-established 15,000 sq. ft. facility with advanced diagnostics and surgical capability

- Competitive salary between $190,000–$230,000 (negotiable based on experience)

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) licensure in California
- Proven experience leading a veterinary team or a strong desire to move into leadership
