Are you passionate about Emergency Medicine? This is an incredible opportunity to join a brand-new ER hospital opening in the spring/summer of 2025 in Bentonville, AR!
Atlas are proud to represent an DVM-owned group of hospitals as they remodel a fantastic clinic into an 8-doctor, well-equipped, ER hospital servicing the NWA area. This modern hospital will be home to 3 examination rooms, an advanced surgical suit and dental suite with all the latest, cutting-edge equipment and technology to provide gold-standard levels of care to small animals in need!
This 24/7 hospital are open to various scheduling options including day only shifts, swing shifts or night shifts depending on what works best for your lifestyle. Having a strong work life balance is crucial, and this hospital recognizes the importance of this. Your schedule will be consistent week to week so you can make plans outside of work easily. You will also be supported by a fantastic team of technicians and support staff so you can focus on providing high-quality veterinary medicine day in, day out.
In return for your efforts, you will receive a highly competitive base salary, production, and benefits package consisting of PTO, health, dental, and life insurance, CE allowance with additional paid days off, 401K, and all license fees and dues paid.

- Hold a DVM degree from an AVMA accredited university (2025 graduates encouraged to apply!)
- Hold a state licence in Arkansas or have the ability to obtain prior to starting
- Have a true passion for Emergency medicine and providing high-quality veterinary medicine
- Have the ability to commute to and from the Bentonville, AR area (relocation support available)
- You will be empathetic and have excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients on their pet’s health and various treatment plans.

- Base salary up to $160,000 + production bonus
