- Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited University
- Hold an Ohio State Licence in good standing, or have the ability to obtain one
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, multi-doctor team
- Have a true passion for Emergency medicine and providing high-quality veterinary medicine
- Work well in high-pressure situations
- Passionate about providing high levels of care
