Atlas is super excited to introduce a unique opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to play a key role in developing a growing emergency service at a well-established, progressive small-animal and exotic-hospital in Clinton Township, MI.

You’ll be joining a sizeable and experienced team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff who pride themselves on collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional client communication. The hospital has grown significantly over the years and now supports a large, loyal client base, alongside strong links to referrals.
This role offers the opportunity to help shape and launch emergency provision within the hospital, making it ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys a varied caseload, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to make a meaningful impact while continuing to develop their clinical skills!
- Fantastic opportunity to help establish and grow a new emergency service within an established hospital
- Large, purpose-built facility (approx. 9,000 sq ft) with 10+ exam rooms and advanced equipment
- Diverse caseload including small animals and a significant proportion of exotics
- Advanced diagnostic capabilities, including ultrasound, CT scanning, echocardiography, and radiography
- Access to a wide range of services: surgery, dentistry, laser therapy, acupuncture, and alternative medicine
- Collaborative, multi-doctor team with strong technician and support staff structure
- Open 7 days a week with extended hours, supporting a steady and varied caseload
- Strong community presence with a loyal and growing client base
- Opportunities to work with referral partners for advanced and specialist cases
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
- Hold a Michigan State License or have the ability to obtain one
- Previous experience in emergency or urgent care medicine preferred
- Confident in clinical decision-making and managing a varied caseload
- Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
