A leading 24/7 veterinary hospital in Miami is seeking a driven, confident ER DVM to join their expanding emergency and trauma center—just in time for the opening of their stunning, custom-built facility in May 2025.

- Flexible schedule – typically 12 shifts per month

- Collaborative environment with two assistants per DVM for optimal efficiency
- No negative accruals and robust earning potential with production-based compensation
- DVM or equivalent degree and an active Florida Veterinary Board State License (Or ability to obtain)
- A confident ER DVM with at least 1 year of experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and skilled in rapid decision-making
- Strong surgical and diagnostic abilities preferred
- Committed to team collaboration and client communication
- Competitive base salary with production and no negative accrual
