We’re ideally seeking an experienced DVM with licensing in California or the ability to obtain a license in California, with at least 1 year of hand-on emergency experience, solid medical knowledge and a knack for connecting with pet owners and colleagues alike. Strong organization and problem-solving skills are a must, along with a genuine interest in helping our partners grow their brand, client base and enrich their strong hospital culture!
For your hard work, you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary between $150,000-$200,000 per year base salary, plus generous benefits like 401(k) matching, paid time off, pet care discounts, CE opportunities, career growth options, relocation assistance and production on top! - 1+ years clinical experience within small animal veterinary medicine
- Prior experience as an UC or ER Veterinarian would be desired but not essential.
- Working with small animals (Canine & Feline)
- The ability to communicate well with clients and team members alike.
- Passionate about providing high levels of clinical care..
- To hold or have the ability to obtain a California State Veterinary Board license
- Competitive pro/sal compensation model – with a base salary of up to $150,000 – $250,000 and no negative accrual
