An Overnight Emergency Veterinarian opportunity has opened up at a 24-hour specialty and emergency hospital in Tucson, AZ!

This large, state-of-the-art, stand-alone hospital has been serving pets across Northwest Tucson, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas since the early 2000s, with clients traveling from as far as Sierra Vista, Phoenix, Flagstaff, Las Cruces, and El Paso. The facility itself is spacious and filled with natural light, creating a calm environment for both patients and the team working within it.

You’ll be joining a 12-doctor hospital that continues to grow, working alongside board certified specialists across multiple disciplines. The hospital operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing emergency care as well as specialty referral services, with life threatening cases supported by a veterinary criticalist.

The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging, allowing the team to reach accurate diagnoses quickly. Facilities include an in-house laboratory and pharmacy, digital x-ray, ultrasound, a CT scanner, and endoscopy, giving you the tools to manage a wide range of complex and critical cases.

This role follows an overnight and swing shift schedule, working 12 shifts across every 4 week period. You’ll be supported by an experienced team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, working closely with hospital leadership to help maintain high standards of care around the clock.
