Calling all Veterinarians with a passion for emergency medicine! Atlas proudly represents a state-of-the-art referral and emergency hospital in West Islip, NY, looking for a dedicated ER Veterinarian to join their team.
This 24/7 facility is renowned for providing top-tier emergency and critical care, supported by cutting-edge diagnostics and technology. Working alongside 12 other ER veterinarians plus a large team of specialists, this position is perfect for a veterinarian eager to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive and advanced environment.
The AAHA-accredited hospital is fully equipped with advanced monitoring systems, including wireless telemetry and capnography, alongside an extensive suite of diagnostic tools such as digital radiography, ultrasound, CT, fluoroscopy, MRI, interventional radiology, LINAC, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and more. Additionally, the hospital boasts a fully equipped rehabilitation department and a collaborative team of board-certified specialists in areas such as Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Neurology, Dermatology, and Cardiology.
The role offers a guaranteed base salary of up to $200,000 plus a production bonus, with a flexible schedule limited to three shifts per week and a 32-hour workweek, ensuring an excellent work-life balance.
